In accordance with art. 8 of the law relating to the creation of the FASFC, which establishes a Scientific Committee at the Agency, only the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Agency and its supervisory minister are authorized to refer request for opinion to the Scientific Committee. Any request for an opinion from third parties must therefore first be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer of the FASFC who will forward it, if necessary, to the Scientific Committee. »
